Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website and the text messages West End Self Storage sends. They are not your rental agreement. Your storage rental is governed by the lease you sign with us, and where the two differ the lease applies.
About this site
Unit sizes, prices and availability shown here reflect our records at the time the page is loaded and can change before a rental is completed. Nothing on this site is an offer to rent a particular unit; a rental exists once a lease is signed.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send text messages about your rental — payment reminders, gate and access information, and notices about your unit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of renting.
Your account
If you use the tenant login to manage your rental, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used them.
