We use your information to provide and administer your rental: taking payment, granting access, sending notices required by your lease or by law, and responding when you contact us. We do not sell it.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your rental. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving them and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting.
Sharing
We share information with the service providers who operate our business — payment processing, storage management software, gate access and communications — and where the law requires it. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
Keeping it
We keep records for as long as your rental is active and afterwards for the period our legal and accounting obligations require.
